Founder & Portefolio Manager

Fred leads the investment management and strategic direction of FDWM, working directly with clients to develop customized investment strategies aligned with their objectives, circumstances, and long-term financial goals.

Kristin Mielke

Associate Advisor

Kristen supports FDWM’s client relationships and wealth management activities, working closely with Fred in providing clients with attentive, responsive, and highly personalized service.

Nina Madaffari

HR & Leadership Development

Nina brings more than 24 years of international experience in Human Resources, executive coaching, corporate communication, and organizational development.

Having launched her independent executive coaching consultancy in 2014, Nina has extensive experience working with senior leaders and multinational organizations. At FDWM, she contributes across four key areas: talent management, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, and corporate culture & communication.

Born and raised in Canada and having lived and worked extensively in Italy, Nina is fluent in English, Italian, and French and brings an international perspective to the continued development of the FDWM organization

Vincent Rodriguez

Marketing Director

Vincent leads FDWM’s marketing and communications initiatives, supporting the firm’s brand development, market presence, and strategic communications.

Working closely with the wealth management and support teams, he helps ensure that FDWM’s communications consistently reflect the firm’s professionalism, values, client-focused approach, and long-term vision.
